4 large potatoes, sliced
1 can or package green peas
3 large carrots, sliced
3 onions, sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1-1/2 pounds ground beef, lightly browned
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
salt and pepper to taste
Place vegetables in crockpot. Season with salt and pepper. Put browned ground beef on top
and cover with soup and water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 2 to 3
hours. If possible, stir once or twice while cooking.
Serves 4 to 5.
