1 box corn muffin mix
1 pound ground beef
1 package chili mix
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 can pitted black olives
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato sauce
Mix chili mix, tomato sauce and one can of water to browned ground beef, onion and garlic.
Simmer for 1 hour. Pour mixture over thin layer of corn muffin batter. Add layers of corn
and olives. Add spoonfuls of corn muffin batter on top. Bake until brown. Serves 4 to 6.
