Chicken and Rice
2 c. rice (instant)
2 cans cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
2 cans water
2 chickens (cut into serving pieces)
Put rice, soup, water into Dutch oven (12 inch). Stir. Place chicken on top of mixture.
Cover. Cook 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours at 400 degrees. |
