Carrot Salad Mold
1 pkg. lemon or lime Jello
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. grated carrot
1 sm. can pineapple
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until thickened. Fold in
carrots and pineapple. Pour into 3 or 4 cup mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Unmold,
garnish if desired. |
