Creamy Cherry Jello

1 small box cherry jello
1 cup hot water
1 can cherry pie filling
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (opt.)

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add pie filling and stir until well mixed. Refrigerate until set.
