Horseradish Mold
1/2 c. horseradish, well drained
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Mix Jello, boiling water, salt and vinegar. Let set until slightly firm. Mix whipping
cream and horseradish. Stir up Jello mixture and fold in whipped cream/horseradish
mixture. Pour into mold and chill. This is great with ham or beef. |
