Lemon Fluff
1 can evaporated milk
1 small box lemon jello
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
graham cracker crumbs
Pour milk into ice cube tray and freeze until crystals form. Prepare jello, using only 1
cup boiling water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Whip evaporated milk, beat in jello.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in bottom of bowl, add 1/2 of Fluff mixture, sprinkle with
another thin layer of graham cracker crumbs. Add the rest of the Fluff, sprinkle with
graham cracker crumbs again. Chill til firm. |
