Chocolate Marshmallow Valentine Treat
1 (8 oz.) Hershey chocolate bar
1/4 c. butter
30 marshmallows
2-3 tbsp. milk
1 c. whipping cream
4 oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla or almond extract
1 can cherry pie filling
Melt Hershey bar and butter. Pour into 12 cupcake papers, spreading chocolate up the sides
with spoon. Melt marshmallows and milk. Let cool. Whip whipping cream, sour cream and
vanilla together. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Spoon into chocolate lined cupcake
papers. Spoon cherry pie filling over top. Keep chilled.
