Valentine Heart Tarts

Prepare your own recipe for pastry; roll very thin. Cut with 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter. Cut hole in center of half of the cookies. Prick all hearts with a fork; bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. To assemble; spread strawberry jam over uncut hearts. Place the cut out pastry heart on the top; lightly dust with powdered sugar.
